I’m considered out of network but I provide a superbill/receipt that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to see what your out of network benefits are for outpatient psychotherapy/psychiatry services. You must be located in California during any appointments. Dr. Bilbrey is also licensed in New York and will likely eventually be seeing patients in New York . Please note that in this small telehealth practice, Dr Bilbrey is not prescribing controlled substances such as benzodiazepines , hypnotics or stimulants at this time but will prescribe non controlled medications if needed. Dr Bilbrey is seeing patients ages 18-62. If you become a current patient, please do not use this form but reply only to the electronic medical record/patient portal with any clinical issues.
